Do I need to pay to list my land?

No, listing your land on the platform is completely free for landholders. Landholders can post their property details at no cost. However, prospective tenants are required to purchase a subscription to gain access to and view the detailed listings and landholder contact information.

We welcome a wide variety of land types! This includes open plots, lifestyle blocks, and even idle sections. Essentially, if your land is suitable for commercial, recreational, or residential use, it is welcome on the platform.

Both prospective tenants (lessees) and landholders (lessors) undergo a robust verification process. This typically involves identity checks, documentation review, and may include background checks to ensure trust and security for all parties involved in the leasing process.

Once both the landholder and the tenant agree on the core terms, they will be contacted directly to finalise the lease agreement. The landholder and tenant will then decide upon the official lease document and its execution (signing) outside of the platform. The lease term officially begins once the agreement is decided upon.

How do I purchase a tenant subscription and what does it include?
Tenants can purchase a subscription directly through the platform’s account settings. A valid subscription grants full access to view all detailed land listings, including comprehensive property data, high-resolution images, and, most importantly, the ability to contact landholders directly to begin lease negotiations.
Our platform provides advanced search and filtering tools. You can search based on location, land size (acreage/hectares), acceptable uses (e.g., commercial or recreational), and desired lease duration. Landholders can also include keywords in their listings to improve search accuracy.
We offer customer support to help resolve platform-related issues. If you have concerns about a listing, verification, or communication with another user, you can contact our dedicated support team via email or through the platform’s support portal. We maintain strict community guidelines and assist in mediating disputes related to platform use.
The platform allows landholders to specify their preferred lease durations, which can vary widely. While there is no strict platform-wide minimum or maximum, listings typically range from short-term (e.g., three months) to multi-year agreements. The exact duration is finalized between the landholder and the tenant directly.
Yes. Tenants can utilise the “Favorites” or “Watchlist” feature within their account dashboard. This allows you to quickly save and track listings that meet your criteria for future review or comparison before committing to a final decision.
