We offer multiple subscription tiers designed to meet various tenant needs. These tiers typically range from a Monthly Access Plan for short-term searchers to an Annual Premium Plan, which offers a cost-saving discount and sometimes includes priority customer support. No, there are absolutely no hidden costs for landholders after the initial free listing. Since our revenue comes entirely from tenant subscriptions, landholders will never be charged a listing fee, success fee, commission, or any other hidden charge related to the lease agreement.
Our subscription policy typically dictates that while you may cancel your subscription at any time, access to the platform will continue until the end of the current billing cycle (month or year). Refunds for partial-use periods are generally not provided, but please consult the detailed Subscription Terms and Conditions for specific exceptions.
No, the price of the tenant subscription is fixed and independent of the specific lease you ultimately secure. The subscription grants you access to view listings and contact landholders; the cost is not tied to the value of the land or the length of the lease you negotiate directly with the landholder.
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) for subscription payments. For annual plans, we may also offer an option for direct bank transfer. All payments are processed securely through a trusted third-party payment processor.
